Teena is simply amazing! Great trainer! Amazing beautician. her massages are just heavenly. She helped me loose nearly 25 kg of post baby weight and made me feel amazing again. She is kind, funny and great with kids, my daughter adored her. She is very supportive and understanding of all the changes (physical and hormonal) that new mums go through. I cant find enough words to thank her for all the support she gave me through our post baby journey together, the work outs, amazing treatments ( for me and the bub) and the faith she had in me from the start.
